We operate a busy Day spa & appointments are precious, should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a courtesy call 24 hours before, last minute cancellations & ‘no shows’ will incur a 50% cancellation fee, ‘no shows’ for gift vouchers’ will forfeit 50% of value of voucher.
Please note gift vouchers are valid 12 months from date of purchase.
What If I’m Late?
Our schedule is planned to co-ordinate & allow the correct time for each service, so you will enjoy the full
experience of your treatment, arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us.
In consideration of others, we ask that all mobile phones be turned off whilst in day spa.
